Scenes of Ghostwalks Past

I found a couple of photos from Ghostwalks of the Past that are eerie feeling to me.

The Lady in White that seems to be floating across Middle Street was real, but somehow in this photo she seems to be disappearing into the ether. This photo was taken as I was standing across the street from Christ Episcopal Church and she was heading towards the graveyard.

There is no explanation for that smoky stuff that seems to be crossing the lens of my camera in this photo (taken in the schoolyard of the old New Bern Academy.) The smoke disappears in the next photo of that set.
